Operating in the South East of Ireland and working with diverse partners in the UK, India and Bulgaria, Thel take pride in developing cutting edge, intuitive software, with a good eye on the customers requirements and guaranteed results.
We also provide consultancy, project management, application hosting and technical support services.
Thel Computing Services is entirely responsible for system architecture, development and technical support on these software products:
Talent Toolbox: an award winning, talent management, web-based software application for the conduction of performance appraisals within large organisations. Talent toolbox currently has around 10,000 users in six countries. See www.talenttoolbox.com for more information.
WriteToWeb: a tool for the creation of visually high-impact surveys. It has been used in a number of campaigns within large organisations including Yo! Sushi, PizzaExpress and Diesel.
Webset:a tool for easy, rapid creation and deployment of e-learning courses.
APPLICATION HOSTING
In addition to our software products, Thel Computing Services manage a ‘server farm’ which provides a fully-redundant platform for our own and other applications.
We host and support the following applications on behalf of our partners:
Emtoolkit: a web-based tool for software systems emulation as part of e-learning, developed by XOR.
Melon LMS: a ‘Learning Management System’ developed by Melonsoft, our Bulgarian partners. This is used to deploy e-learning into David Lloyd Fitness Centres throughout the UK.
Moodle: an open-source Learning Management System. We use this in conjunction with our Webset tool, to provide e-learning into several large organisations, including Derbyshire Building Society and Marshalls Aerospace.
SARAS: an AMS (Assessment Management System) developed by Excel-Soft (Mysore), our Indian partners. This is used to provide on-line assessments (examinations) as part of on-line learning programmes.
Fogbugz: bug and issue tracking software, used internally by us our partners learnpuple and XOR.
Vault: version conrol software used internally by us and our partners.
